I am so pleased to invite you dear reader, to the next Mortals programme.
We’ll be embarking on transformative 6-week group experience where you’ll become more aware of your mortality, and undertake a unique journey that I believe will truly enrich your life.
Why join Mortals?
To have the chance to explore your mortality in a safe, supportive, diverse group, you’ll gain new perspectives on life and death
By participating in rich, engaging activities and conversations that gently challenge you, you’ll co-create a supportive environment that helps you process your feelings effectively, to support your own growth.
Finally, you’ll have the chance to metabolise your experiences to shape a meaningful legacy.
What did past participants say about Mortals?
It was a meaningful journey where I explored what mortality means to me through activities that engaged the mind, body, and senses, sharing the experience with a group that embraced vulnerability, triggering some sort of shift in my consciousness.
Mortals is a chance to think deeply about dying and having a good life.
Mortals was a deep, but not in a 'jumping off a cliff into the abyss of your feelings' kind of way, exploration of death - which really is about life - that's calming, reflective and pure dead fun (pun intended).
